Making Donations
The East Hampton Library welcomes
your donations of books, equipment and historical documents. However
storage limitations prevent us from taking all donations. Here are
a few guidelines to follow when considering making such a donation.
Books and Audio-Visual Materials
should be in clean, saleable condition with no odor. Items must
be in original packaging (i.e. dust jacket, cases). We are currently
not accepting large donations of books. You may bring one or
two bags of books to the circulation desk in the library. Please
do not leave donations outside.
Computer Equipment should
be of current technology standards. Please contact Arleen West
at 324-0222 ext. 6 to arrange a computer donation.
Items of historical significance
are to be prearranged. Please contact Marci Vail at 324-0222
ext. 4 to make such donations.
Monetary donations are always
welcome. Please contact the Business Office at 324-0222 ext 8
for information on our various donor programs.
