The East Hampton Library Books-by-Mail Delivery Program is part of a “library without walls”, a special service of the Library where Library materials are delivered right to your door!
Q: How do I enroll in the program?
A: Fill out the Application and Certificate Of Disability and mail them to:

Q: What if I don’t meet the requirements of the Certificate of Disability?
A: No problem! Call the Library at 631-324-0222 ext. 3
Q: What kinds of materials can I get?
A: At this time, large print books, music compact discs, books on cassette, and books on compact disc are available through the program. To request materials, simply call the Library at (631) 324-0222 Ext. 3. At this time, we ask that you please request no more than four items per month.
Q: How long may I keep materials?
A: If materials are kept beyond their due date, you’ll receive an overdue notice, but you will NOT be asked to pay a fine. If you’d like to renew them, simply call the Library.
Q: How do I return materials?
A: When you’re finished with the materials, simply place them back in the mail pouch that you received them in and then follow the attached instructions for resealing it and mailing it back to us.
